I’m really excited to announce that for the next few weeks, I’m working with Team Kellogg’s and Glam Media to share a few tips on how busy parents can get great starts in the morning (disclosure: this is a compensated/sponsorship project).
On my healthy living blog, I recently shared what a day in my life looks like. I work full-time out of the house, run two blogs, speak at conferences every other month or so, run an online social media consulting service and, oh yeah…have an active 14-month-old. When I’m not chasing after her, I’m getting my workouts in whenever and wherever I can. It’s busy, but I love it.
Since my focus on this site is all about parenting, I’m really excited to share even more behind-the-scenes details from our life.
Along the way, I’ve come up with a few time- (and sanity-) saving tips that I think might be helpful and interesting to some of you, and I’ll be pairing them up with advice and information from some really inspirational and cool experts.
The project is part of the “Tips for a Great Start with Team Kellogg’s” program and as a sneak peek, some of the things I’ll be sharing:
- How we use songs to help with healthy snacking
- How I am making sure my daughter stays healthy on a vegetarian/plant-based diet
- The fun ways that we making fitness a part of every day
I’m hoping to learn from all of you, too — if you have great ideas and advice for making this hectic life just a little bit less crazy, I’m all ears!
